KKB OPM Asks for Funds for the December 1 Shooting Terror in Papua

Now circulating letters from the KKB addressed to village heads asking for funding support. Armed groups who have often carried out a series of terrorist shootings and killings of officials and civilians in the interior of Papua often pressured all parties to raise financial support. Paulus Waterpauw said, Iris Murib was arrested while preparing for the action before the anniversary of the Free Papua Organization (OPM) on 1 December 2019. "I remind the village heads not to give the slightest budget or funds to these groups, whatever the reason. We will act firmly," threatened Inspector General Paulus in Timika, Saturday (11/23/2019), reported Antara.
