Papuan Children in Jayapura Attract Chinese lion dance

The Jayapura community enthusiastically watched the lion dance performed by the Papua Golden Tiger Art Studio to enliven the Chinese New Year or Chinese New Year celebrations.
.
Markus, one of the residents of Jayapura 8 Doc, told ANTARA in Jayapura on Saturday that the lion dance was one of the things that people were waiting for in the Chinese New Year celebration.
.
"Moreover, this attraction is shown for free, we are very happy citizens," he said. According to Markus, he appreciated the Papuan children who could become one of the lion dance performers.

"After performing at Skyland Vihara on Saturday (25/1) morning, then at 14.00 CET the same day will appear at one of the hotels in Sentani, then one of the Sentani shopping centers," he said.
.
He added that on Sunday (1/26) the team would again act in one of the Jayapura shopping centers and then on Saturday (1/2) in one of the Argapura churches.
