Assistant for the Economy and People's Welfare of the Regional Secretariat of Papua Province Muhammad Musaad to Antara in Jayapura on Monday said that in accordance with the joint decree, all arenas in the four points had to be completed. "Actually, this year we are focusing on organizing it, how to accommodate it, its consumption, and its transportation," he said.

According to Musaad, all activities that are "multi years" and their support are expected to be completed in 2020. "What is certain is that the main venue must be completed by June 2020, while the supporters are at the latest one month before the implementation of October 2020," he said.

He explained that the arena of matches in the four clusters was almost completely finished, so if presented, the preparation of XX PON in Papua Province reached a range of more than 50 percent. "If all is completed in June 2020, then just focus on the implementation," he said.

He added that from the final agreement, the implementation of the 2020 PON had already been carried out in four clusters, namely Kota and Kabupaten Jayapura, Mimika and a supporter, namely Merauke, where all had been coordinated in each cluster.
